Welcome to Concord Elementary School!  I am Mrs. Rinella, Principal and proud to serve our students, teachers and community.  I am a former middle school teacher, coach and administrator as well as former assistant principal of Concord Elementary School.  This is my 16th year in the field of education and I am honored to be the principal!

I am proud to be a product of Campbell County Public Schools. I was born in Campbell County and am a graduate of William Campbell High School.  Following high school, I earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Tech and then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Virginia.  I also have my Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Lynchburg College.

I have always wanted to work with children and I am devoted to seeing them as well as teachers continue to learn. When I'm not at school, I can be outside with my husband, running, biking, swimming and/or skiing.  I also like spending time with family and friends and having a good cup of coffee or tea. I enjoy reading and particularly baking and cooking.
